Stephen Lew, DPhil (Oxon) is a Senior Fellow at the Council of Presidents of the UN General Assembly and Director of a nascent think tank, Qonduct Institute, focusing on responsible governance and applications of technologies such as AI towards advancing the Sustainable Development Goals. He served as a Senior Advisor at the federal government of the UAE, as an academic at premier institutions, and as a quantitative analyst at various financial institutions and collaborated with several Nobel laureates throughout his career.
